Charbar is known mostly for their burgers, with signature beef blend, Wagyu beef blend, chicken, shrimp and vegan burger options. The vast menu is complemented by the nostalgic charm of vinyl record decor adorning the walls. Whether you prefer intimate seating indoors or soaking up some rays on their spacious outdoor patio, you'll likely find a cozy spot to settle at Charbar. (Seen in main header photo.)
We recommend: The Champ Burger, HHI People's Choice Best Burger. Signature beef blend on brioche with cheddar cheese, bacon marmalade, dijon mustard, dill pickles
Frosty Frog
1 N Forest Beach Dr. #18 (in Coligny Plaza)
Frosty Frog is a long time dining spot in Coligny Plaza known for their famous "killer" frozen daiquiris, and the collection of combinations is quite impressive. They also have an extensive food menu, which includes everything from salads, wraps, sandwiches, pizza, to wings, steamed peel & eat shrimp and so much more. Their large outside patio has a retractable roof, fire pit, sandy "beach" area with a Tiki Bar and live music several days a week.
We recommend: "Carol's Burger"... it's the only burger on Frosty Frog's menu, but it's the only one you need. 10 ounces of handcrafted Black Angus beef topped with onions, lettuce, tomato and pickles with a side for under $15. This one tastes like it just came off your backyard flame grill. Wash it down with a famous 190 proof Frosty daiquiri and you'll be good to go!

Nestled in the heart of Coligny Plaza, The Earle of Sandwich offers a laid-back dive bar experience on Hilton Head Island. With its unpretentious vibe and cozy atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to kick back and relax with friends. While the inside may be small, the real charm lies in the great outdoor area, where patrons can soak up the island breeze while enjoying their drinks. Whether you're looking for a cold beer after a day at the beach or craving some casual fare, The Earle of Sandwich promises a no-frills, good time in the heart of Coligny Plaza.
We recommend: "Earle's Swept the Floor Burger", with Swiss, American, bacon, grilled onions, mushrooms and BBQ sauce. Their menu warns: Not for the faint at heart!

Specializing in mouthwatering smash burgers and crispy fried chicken sandwiches, this mobile eatery is a favorite among foodies wanting to fill their bellies. One bite and you'll totally understand why Tin & Tallow continues to earn a loyal following among those in search of a perfectly smashed burger.
We recommend: Whatever their daily edition is. Below is their Edition 6, Certified Angus Beef Patties, Melty Pepper Jack Cheese, Crispy Bacon, House-Made Onion Rings, Creamy Coleslaw & BBQ Drizzle on a Toasted Sesame Bun.
Reilley's Grill & Bar

Harold's Diner
641 William Hilton Pkwy
Open for breakfast and lunch, Harold's boasts a rowdy staff who thrive on serving up a side of attitude with every meal. It's all part of their shtick and diners are encouraged to embrace the unconventional atmosphere and "bring it, don't sing it." As you enter, be sure to read the rules posted prominently or you could get an earful. (Think in the vein of the soup guy from Seinfeld.) Despite the brusque demeanor, many hail Harold's as "the best show on the island", and the food certainly holds its own, delivering on flavor and satisfaction. So if you're up for a bit of banter and a hearty meal, Harold's Diner is the spot to be on Hilton Head.
We recommend: "The Big H". Definitely not your typical diner burger!
